Vertex – SADHGURU KRUPA
AGR was part of this milestone project of Vertex developers in Nizampet Road, Kukatpally area which is an architect’s delight. The super built-up area of 7, 50,000 sq ft consists of 396 flats split into 6 towers of 9 floors each. The project was committed for a 24-month handover.
The scope of work includes construction of civil, structural, internal finishes (common areas and hardscape), boundary wall, external development works for the project, management, coordination, and supervision work for electrical low side, IT/LV, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, basement ventilation, water treatment plant, swimming pool, including basements underneath works and other associated works of the project.
